Our CrossFit group classes are a great way to enjoy the workout with your friends! We keep classes no larger than 12 people per coach as to keep everyone engaged and moving effectively.
Our group classes are structured more like small group personal training. The workout is always something different, because variety is the spice of life. Even though the workouts are constantly varied, there is always a purpose behind what we do. Our program is designed to make you a better human, inside and out.
