Don’t worry, we don’t just throw you in the deep end and expect you to be able to swim.

Every new member will go through at least 5 private sessions with a coach before jumping into CrossFit.

In these Foundations sessions, you will be taught the basic CrossFit movements and given options appropriate for your skill level.
